Patched Up, Or Just Hiding

In childhood some wrong choices can cause the person to subsequently live a patched up life.
Yet, if truth were to be told, it's rather normal to see lives marred by one wrong choice or another. It's rather the odd thing to see a so-together life.
People fall and get up and keep going. Some fall and stay down, giving up going for the big time. Those are the ones they say patch their lives up trying one thing after another.

Basically, I know that some people don't have the boldness to pursue their passion in life. They are afraid of failing. But, they never consider, what if they succeeded. And, even if they failed, they can try again.
Many people are hiding in things they really don't want to be doing because of presumed safety or convenience.
Moses would be in heaven. David would be in heaven. Samson would be in heaven. Solomon would be in heaven. All of these partriachs made one bad judgement or another. It's not the wrong choice, but your remedial steps to move on. No matter how many times a person falls, if he refused to stay down one of these days he would find his balance and not fall again.
There's no absolute in good and bad, nor in winning and losing; only persistence and tenacity make the difference.
  • Indeed, it is true that showing up is half the job done. You just never know what will happen if we just showed up. If you kept on hiding you would have shut yourself out definitely.
